Hip Opening Cue: Be open to a loving, honest conversation here. Listen well, and you’ll be rewarded you with the silent sound of pain-free hips.
The hips don’t actually let you mess with them. I mean, you can try. You shouldn’t, but you might be stubborn. They are much more stubborn, trust.
Here’s a sequence that will help you get there quicker (but not by much).
