Gratitude Is Our Wisest Teacher

I never use to think much about my negative thoughts or entitlements. Now I know without gratitude, nothing has any meaning. Just simply having a bit of time to practice is worthy of thanks. If there are areas of the body that don’t function as strongly or freely as you’d like, chances are you could be much worse off. Be grateful to each and every part of your body that functions above average. Don’t skip any parts. Take nothing for granted.
