Hip Opening Sequence to Make You Sit Up and Listen
- Figure Four Pose
- Eagle Pose
- Unwrap top leg and bring it behind and underneath the bottom leg. Lower that shin all the way to the ground.
- Walk hands to a diagonal, and begin to lower your hips as close the the ground as you can. Arms can remain in the Eagle Pose formation, or you can take a bind behind the spine for full Gomukasana Pose.
